Sander Square OÜ is a privately held Estonian company. We buy electronics and optical equipment from established manufacturers, bring it into the EU and supply it to business customers. Alongside trade, we advise companies on sourcing and market entry in the Baltics.
Two partners, one clear job
Sander Square was founded by two partners with a background in product distribution. We are not a manufacturer. We find the right products, take care of the purchasing, import and documents, and hand them over to our customers ready to use or resell.

Import & customs
Supplier coordination, freight booking, EU import declarations, duties and VAT. Goods arrive cleared and ready for sale.
Documentation
Invoices, origin and conformity documents, and tax reporting done correctly the first time. Every shipment is traceable.
